ANGELITO MALAGA ESPADA March 17, 1938 - July 12, 2007 It is with great sadness that we formally announce the passing away of Angelito M. Espada. Angelito passed away suddenly, at the age of 69 while vacationing in the Philippines, due to diabetic complications. Angelito was a loving and caring family man whose presence will be sorely missed by family and friends alike. He was a hard-working man who spent most of his life working for the Versatile/Ford New Holland/Buhler manufacturing plant in Winnipeg to provide for his family and put his children through school. Always willing to lend a hand, his quiet yet stalwart nature endeared him to many family, friends and acquaintances whose sheer number prohibits their listing here. In particular, Angelito leaves behind to mourn his passing, wife Sally, daughter Cheryl, with husband Jose Belonio and grandchildren Rianna and Joshua, son Brent, with partner Bobbi Chrest. He will also be missed by his surviving siblings, sisters Ana Triol and Marietta Carreon as well as brothers Joaquin (Dodoy), Jose, and Paquito (Paquing) and all their respective families with a special note to all the nieces and nephews in the Philippines, Winnipeg, Toronto and abroad. At this point the family would like to send out a heart felt thank you to all the numerous family and friends who have shared our sorrow and have helped us through this trying time. A memorial service, to be officiated by Fr. P. Morand, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at the St. Vital Parish Church on 1629 Pembina Hwy., reception to follow in the Parish Hall In our Thoughts, In our Prayers, In our Hearts for always.
